Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please review plan details during the trial period before making payment.

Refunds

• After successful account activation and paid usage, payments are generally non-refundable.
• Any mandatory statutory refund rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

Cancellations

• You can request cancellation before the next billing cycle to stop future charges.
• Cancellation does not reverse charges already paid for the active billing period.

Usage-based billing note

Service usage is tracked because extraction runs on paid backend API keys. Additional usage charges may be billed when usage exceeds included limits.

Subscription cancellations are accepted anytime for the next billing cycle. Refund requests are evaluated based on unused paid period and service access history.

How to request a refund

Send your account email, payment reference, and reason to Zerodue.vr@gmail.com within 7 days of payment.

Processing timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days through the original payment method.
