Refunds
- After successful account activation and paid usage, payments are generally non-refundable.
- Any mandatory statutory refund rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
Cancellations
- You can request cancellation before the next billing cycle to stop future charges.
- Cancellation does not reverse charges already paid for the active billing period.
Usage-based billing note
Service usage is tracked because extraction runs on paid backend API keys. Additional usage charges may be billed when usage exceeds included limits.
