By using Vxtract Everything, you agree to lawful use, account security obligations, and pricing/refund terms.
Account and license scope
- Each license is assigned to a registered account and must follow approved usage policy.
- Account sharing, abusive automation, or policy violations may result in suspension.
- Heavy backend API consumption may require plan upgrade or additional usage billing.
Usage tracking
- Usage is tracked because extraction runs on paid backend API keys.
- Overage charges may apply when usage exceeds the fair-usage limit for the active plan.
Service usage
- Users must maintain account security and not upload prohibited or malicious content.
- Users are responsible for uploaded content and legal rights to process files.
- Service availability may change for maintenance and upgrades.
